    When are we, The-people-that-live-in-outerworlds-and-canĀ“t-get-it,

I’ll talk to Dan about this after he gets back from San Diego, but I don’t think we’ll upload it until we get close to selling out the printed version. I think that’s what we did with the first two, anyway… Maybe I’m wrong, though. Stay tuned.

Just got my mitts on one hot off the press and it is AWESOME!

Mike Reddy is an amazing designer, it’s really sharp looking, really crisp.

Beware ordering from the PictureBox store. They will send your stuff a month after you order it, unceremoniously, and package so that it gets wrecked en route. At least, in my experience!

  7. Dan Nadel says:

Every store has it’s problems. Ryan, if there is an issue with your order, please email us directly and we’ll replace any damaged items and even throw in some other stuff to make up for the trouble. This is actually the first complaint I’ve seen.

Sounds fair, Dan– I’ll regale you in person at San Diego about the tale of the messed up Burns poster.
I’m working Last Gasp’s booth on Friday pushing Tokyo Zombie, which is right down the alley from you guys.

  9. Dan Nadel says:

A word of wisdom: Generally speaking, the best way to fix an error is to email the store and ask for a replacement or a refund, rather than get mad and post on message boards. It’s as simple as that. In the time it’s taken you to post you could have emailed orders@pictureboxinc.com and ask for a replacement, which we will ship out next week.
