Jim Rugg is asking questions at the end about “the reader needing to know” stuff. He wasn’t angry but Dustin was like “man, look at Jim’s face when he’s talking” haha
Jim is serious! And when he gets serious his face looks like he’s gonna kill someone, haha
just messin’ with you Jimmy!
@Alex I’ll look thru my files and get back to you on the Toth…
Super good!
Yeah my comments on the previous post were more in response to listening to this podcast than Frank’s summary.
Yeah, great! Thanks for all that.
As a follow up:
1.) Robin, your consistent diss-liking of certain Comics (Girl Crazy!) gives me a headache!
2.) Why-the-Hell didn’t you put out Jess Marsh’s Tarzan reprint, Picturebox!? That would’ve been even greater.
3.) That Shaw kid has kept his promises on grand Comics since Goddess Head.
Listen to Jim Rugg’s face grow red with fury….!
OH,OH!
That was fun.
What issue is the Toth forest comic, Frank? I looked up 112 but didn’t see it.
Was somebody angry?? I couldn’t hear it but maybe I don’t know the characters well enough in this story.

House of Mystery number 187.
The wooded scenes in Year One look a lot like the wooded scenes in the Toth story in that comic. That’s all I’m sayin…
Here it is for the curious:
